Little Sands is a magical indoor sandpit play area and coffee shop designed especially for little ones aged 5 and under. We’ve brought the joy of the seaside indoors, creating a fun, safe, and engaging space where toddlers can dig, build, and explore—whatever the weather!
With plenty of digger toys, an ice cream shop play area, and a toddler-friendly slide, there’s endless fun to be had. Parents can relax with a locally roasted coffee and a selection of delicious cakes and treats, all sourced from the best local suppliers.

Who can visit Little Sands?
Our Sand Pit is exclusively for kids aged 5 and under—perfect for toddlers and preschoolers! Older siblings can help supervise with parents or caregivers.
How much does it cost?
It’s just £3.50 per hour for each child to play. Adult admission to the play area is charged at £3.50 each and this includes a FREE Freshly Ground Local Coffee!
Is the sand safe?
Absolutely! We use clean, play-grade sand that’s soft and safe for little hands. It’s kept fresh and tidy for every visit.
What’s there to do?
Loads! Our 185-square-foot sandpit has diggers, buckets, and spades. Plus a toddler-friendly slide, an ice cream booth for pretend play, and keep an eye out for our cheeky seagulls!
Do I need to book ahead?
You can drop in anytime we’re open, but booking’s smart — especially on busy days! Book online HERE to snag a spot.
